What is ExlCareer's refund policy? 

ExlCareer offers a 3-day refund policy from the date of purchase for all of our services.

How do I request a refund? 

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of purchasing the service. You will be required to provide proof of purchase and a valid reason for the refund request. 

 

What happens if I request a refund after 14 days? 

Refund requests made after 7 days of the purchase date will not be accepted. 

 

Will I be refunded the entire amount? 

You will be refunded the full amount paid for the service. 

 

How long will it take to process my refund? 

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the request has been approved. 

 

I’ve changed my mind about the service, can I get a refund? 

You can get a refund if you request it within 7 days of purchase and if the service has not been consumed. 

 

Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with the service? 

If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact our customer support team within & days of purchase. We will do our best to resolve the issue and

if we are unable to do so, you may be eligible for a refund. 

Will you provide a refund if I don't get the job or if I am not satisfied with the job opportunity?

While we cannot guarantee that you will get a job or that you will be satisfied with the job opportunity, we will do our best to help you achieve your professional goals. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of purchase, and we will do our best to resolve the issue and if we are unable to do so, you may be eligible for a refund.
