As a Business Development Executive - Remote (3Yr+) at ExlCareer, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing marketing strategies, generating and qualifying leads, and closing deals for ExlCareer Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, work with clients to develop customized solutions tailored to their specific needs, and maintain long-term relationships with clients. This is a full-time, remote position.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Identify and engage potential clients in need of RPO services.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and tailor our services to meet their specific recruitment needs.
Client database collecting and developing from various sources and major play of communication with customers and follow up until the confirmation and turn into Business with benefits.
Plan and execute face-to-face client meetings in the city and across India to present our RPO services, understand client requirements, and build rapport.
Travel to client locations as needed to ensure a deep understanding of their operations and recruitment needs.
Event Participation and Networking:
Identify and attend relevant industry events, conferences, seminars, and networking sessions to showcase our services and establish connections with key decision-makers.
Leverage events as opportunities to generate leads, gather market intelligence, and stay updated on industry trends.
Growth Strategy and Client Management:
Developing growth strategies and plans.
Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
Taking new requirements from existing clients
Increasing client base.
Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
Analyze client feedback and market insights to refine our service offerings.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Achieve Monthly and annual Targets.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with our recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Provide feedback and insights to enhance the quality of our recruitment processes.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with clients to secure profitable contracts.
Ensure all contractual agreements are accurately documented and adhered to.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in business development, preferably in the recruitment or HR services industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
