Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments of our students, ensuring all necessary details are communicated.
Maintain Records: Accurately record and maintain call logs, customer information, and details of interactions in the company's CRM system.
Professional Development: Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques through training and development programs.
Outbound / Incoming call Calling: Initiate outbound and attending incoming calls to prospective students using a provided list or database.
Education - Graduate
English Proficiency - Fluent / Good English
Experience - 1/2 years/Fresher
