
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to increase our YouTube channel's reach, engagement, and subscribers.
Create and manage social media campaigns that align with our brand's voice and goals.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging video content for YouTube and other social media platforms.
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Manage and optimize social media ads across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, & LinkedIn.
Work closely with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader marketing objectives.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on YouTube.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
In-depth knowledge of YouTube best practices, algorithm changes, and monetization strategies.
Experience with social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for visual design.
Ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
