About the Role
We are currently offering a Recruitment Manager Client Delivery Job Vacancy Remote for a highly result-driven professional to lead and own end-to-end recruitment delivery for open positions received from our clients. This is a performance-driven, leadership-focused role with direct ownership of the P&L (Profit & Loss) for the allocated client mandates. You’ll act as a strategic delivery lead ensuring timely closures, quality hires, team efficiency, and profitability for every role under your command.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment Ownership: Take full control of all open positions assigned from clients across industries/verticals.
P&L Responsibility: Drive profitability by balancing closures, hiring speed, quality, and recruiter cost. You’ll manage margins, fill rates, and revenue from each position or account.
Client Relationship Management: Be the single point of contact for clients for assigned roles. Understand job briefs deeply, offer market insights, and deliver strong candidate pipelines.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and drive the performance of a team of recruiters. Set KPIs, track productivity, and ensure accountability.
Fulfillment Strategy: Develop and execute a recruitment strategy per position to ensure fast and quality closures (via sourcing, screening, mapping, headhunting, etc.).
Process Optimization: Create standardized workflows for candidate lifecycle, submission tracking, and daily team operations. Use data to improve.
Reporting & Metrics: Track, report, and review key metrics like fill rate, turnaround time, drop ratio, cost-per-hire, and gross margins.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive insights to help clients and internal teams stay ahead.
Key Requirements
5+ years of recruitment experience with at least 2+ years in a team lead or managerial capacity, preferably in an agency or consulting firm.
Proven experience managing P&L, recruiter productivity, or client SLAs.
Excellent understanding of multiple industries or tech/non-tech roles.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in managing and motivating a delivery team under tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication abilities.
Comfortable with data and tools (Excel, ATS, CRM, etc.).
