They’re looking for a Senior Structural Design Engineer who’s not only well-versed in engineering codes (Indian, British, European, or even American) but also brings leadership and vision to design, manage, and deliver complex precast structural projects.
You’ll work closely with Directors, Project Managers, and BIM teams to build systems, mentor junior engineers, lead structural design from concept to completion, and most importantly drive efficiency and innovation through your expertise.

Roles and Responsibilities –
· Ensuring company deliver efficient and qualitative Structural design solution, smooth execution of the same and performance of the Project.
· Collaborate with Director, Project Managers and Construction Managers to develop and integrate processes and procedures (Project Execution Systems)
· Delivering multiple projects or parts of larger projects to completion, within budget.
· Working closely with clients and Structural design and BIM Engineers to produce creative designs to meet client aspirations
· Ensure effective staff training initiatives are provided across engineering and project management disciplines and conducting on-time performance review.
· Implementation of Quality Management and Continuous Improvement Programs across engineering and project management disciplines.
· Assist the Director in annual Forecast projections, financial performance assessment, and on-going staffing and utilization forecasts
· Actively participate in project recovery initiatives where management support is required to enforce client relationships and improve performance
· Responsible for integration of Group performance initiatives into Project Execution Systems including Group Engineering Efficiency, Commercial Awareness, etc.
· Manage the work assigned to internal team and any third party vendor assigned, in the delivery of assigned project.
· Report to Director with respect to project health metrics and recovery plans.
· The ability to clearly communicate technical and design concepts through reports and presentations
· Good organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure
· A flexible attitude to both the type of work being undertaken and the level of responsibility accepted
· A chartered civil/structural engineer with Institute of Civil Engineers India or Equivalent status
· Extensive experience of structural engineering building design on multidisciplinary projects at all design stages
· A technically focused engineer, with substantial experience of engineering and delivering in a broad range of structure types and materials
· Substantial experience of different construction techniques, buildability, and practical site issues
· Ability to effectively manage resources and to work within budget and to programme
· Experience in the use of software for structural analysis and design
· Practical experience of reinforced concrete and steel design to Indian, British, European and, preferably, American codes
· Shall be Capable of Independently delivering end to end structural engineering and design Projects
· Shall be capable of developing new verticals of revenue and allign resources to work on projects for timely completion
· Responsible for completion of project within budget and allocate man hours accordingly

🔹 Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, CAD, Revit, Excel VBA/Macros (hands-on is a must!)
🔹 Bonus if you’ve worked with Tekla, Dynamo, or 3D modeling software
🔹 Experience in team leadership and delivering projects from scratch to finish
🔹 Knowledge of precast technology and prior experience with precast building design is a big plus
